We are delighted to welcome two new official members to TrimLAB this semester of 2026.
Aphisorn Kasikhun and Kamaluddeen Nuyor have joined the Master of Biomedical Engineering program at the Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University, and are now part of our research team.
Aphisorn has been an intern at TrimLAB for the past year, where he has been working on applying convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to electroencephalography (EEG) for the diagnosis of depressive disorders. He graduated from the Biomedical Engineering program, Faculty of Engineering, Prince of Songkla University, and will continue to advance his research in AI-driven biomedical signal analysis.
Kamaluddeen recently began collaborating with TrimLAB under the supervision of Dr. Sujin Suwanna. His research interests include sleep stage analysis and the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence to biological signal processing. We are excited to have him continue his research journey with our team.
We warmly welcome Aphisorn and Kamaluddeen to TrimLAB and look forward to their contributions to our research community. We wish them every success in their graduate studies and hope they enjoy a rewarding and productive journey with us.
